When closed, the handle retracts and conceals inside the door. The outer surface of the handle fits smoothly with the door contour, with minimal gaps to the surrounding area. It creates no visual protrusion and does not increase wind resistance in this region.
When opened, driven by the motor, the gripping section of the handle first pops out from its closed position. The user can then pull the handle to actuate the release cable and unlock the door.
