OPE Wax OPE137 is a dedicated lubricant for PVC processing, suitable for extrusion manufacturing of WPC doors. It improves the melting degree of polymer melt, enhances melt fluidity and demolding performance, and reduces material adhesion to moulds.
In WPC door formulations, it can be compounded with calcium‑zinc stabilizers, processing aids, blowing agents and other internal & external lubricants. It optimizes extrusion processing conditions, improves surface smoothness of profiles, lowers surface defects and ensures stable continuous production.
