G60 is an internal lubricant specially for PVC, applied in extrusion processing of WPC doors and other PVC products. It basically will not delay plasticizing progress, can effectively adjust melt fluidity and improve the friction condition of materials inside extruder, reduce internal friction heat, and realize stable plasticizing for WPC door raw materials.
Used together with stabilizers, processing aids and blowing agents in WPC door extrusion formula, it optimizes melt processing performance, relieves internal stress of profiles, helps improve surface quality and ensures continuous and stable extrusion production.
