NH258 is a chemical blowing agent designed for extrusion process of WPC doors, PVC and PS. It releases gas evenly under heat during extrusion, forming fine and uniform foam cell structure for WPC door profiles. It effectively reduces product density to achieve lightweight effect and improve sound‑insulation and heat‑insulation performance.
It features stable gas output and excellent compatibility with PVC/WPC formulation systems. It can be compounded with calcium‑zinc stabilizers and various processing aids. Proper dosage optimizes processing condition, lowers finished‑product weight and helps maintain good dimensional stability of WPC door profiles.
