H37P is a special‑purpose lubricant for PVC. It is suitable for high‑filled rigid PVC and PVC foamed materials, ideal for extrusion production of WPC doors. It improves the processing performance of PVC melt, enhances foaming stability and optimizes material discharging flow. It reduces material adhesion on mould, decreases mould‑cleaning times and prolongs continuous production cycle.
In WPC door formula system, it can be compounded with stabilizers, processing aids, blowing agents and internal lubricants. It reduces surface defects of profiles, guarantees good appearance quality and improves overall production efficiency.
