PVC resin powder

SG‑8 PVC resin powder is the basic matrix raw material for WPC door extrusion production, complying with GB/T 5761‑2018 national standard. It features K‑value 58, few impurity particles, high apparent density, low volatile‑moisture content, excellent thermal stability and good plasticizer absorption capacity.

For WPC door manufacturing, it realizes uniform and smooth plasticization. It has great compatibility with calcium‑zinc stabilizers, processing aids, blowing agents, lubricants, pigments and other additives. It delivers stable extrusion performance, ensures dimension accuracy, mechanical strength and fine surface quality of WPC door profiles, well‑suited for high‑filled WPC door extrusion process.
